This one’s just a very Mexican way of checking agreement or confirming everyone’s on the same page. Think: 👉 Agreed? / Deal?

At the end of a proposal, agreement, or instruction to check that everyone’s on board:

Entonces, mañana a las 7 en el café, ¿estamos?

So, tomorrow at 7 at the café, agreed?

Va. Entonces cada quien pone 200 pesos, ¿estamos?

OK. So, everyone’s gonna chip in 200 pesos, deal?

Tienen que entregar el proyecto el viernes. ¿Estamos?

You’ve gotta hand in the project on Friday. Got it?

✅ VERY common in Mexico.

✅ Kinda informal but definitely not rude.
