When giving a verbal thumbs up to an instruction, request, or plan:
— Me llamas cuando llegues.
— ¡Va que va!
— Call me when you get there.
— Okay, I will!
— ¿Crees que me lo puedes terminar hoy?
— ¡Va que va! No hay problema.
— Do you think you can finish it for me today?
— Absolutely! No problem at all.
✅ Works in both formal and informal settings.
✅ Warm, casual, and cooperative.
✅ Often said with a nod, smile, or double thumbs-up.
✅ Basically “Yes!” but with Mexican sparkles on top.
I've heard this phrase followed by "claro que sí"...Va que va, claro que sí. Which is just another way of agreeing!
@Fa_Jan How common would you say it is in CDMX?
