User Data Deletion

If you want to delete your account and associated personal data from The MexiVerse, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

hello@themexiverse.com

Please include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”, and in the message include the email address you use to log in to The MexiVerse.

What we delete

• Your profile information (email, name, avatar)
• Your learning progress and XP
• Any stored account-related records required for authentication

Timeline

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
