When reacting to an unbelievable fact or situation. This one’s great for gossiping!

When reacting strongly to HOW something is done (whether someone's doing something insanely well or incredibly badly):

He drives insanely well / incredibly badly!

When reacting to how X something or someone is:

no mames lo + adjetivo + que + ser/estar
